1, Machine main function and features
This machine design for cutting both the round and flat die board
wood, one high power CO2 laser source achieve two cutting
functions, it's very popular and flexible applications.
1.1) Machine adopt our Suntop Laser independent development and
production of high power CO2 laser source, laser power stability,
customer can upgrade according to the demand of self-help, it's
very flexible, the machine is configured with a travelling table and stationary
gantry design, to provide a rigid and stable platform as well as a
small floor space.
1.2) The laser cutting head configuration has the auto-following
system which can detect the wood sheet surface flat or not, can
ensure to have the stable laser cutting quality, the laser cutting
head with an anti-collision function, the machine system has the
function of memory which can make the machine to continue cutting
in touch point.
1.3) The machine transmission parts adopt the full-enclosed
structure, automatic oilling device can lubricate and maintenance
to ensure the transmission in the process of machining, machine
with powerful functions, cutting common knife template, density
board, organic glass, PVC, plastic and can also be cutting the
carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate,titanium plate and other
kinds of metal plate;
1.4) On the Windows® operation system with the excellent developing
capacity of HMI, CNC and PLC, following the most advanced process.
The control system is supplied laser die-board process database,
machine operation function, laser operation function, remote
diagnose function and so on.
1.5) The machine is equipped with customized programming software
NEWCAM PACK6.0 from Taiwan, this versatile product combines the
drawing, programming, slit width and text setting, multiple file
formats supporting, and machining process customization. The
machine is utilized imported PA laser dedicated CNC control system,
which is combined from laser and machine control system. The
control system is developed.
1.6) The machine is capable to cut different slit width in one drawing.
This silt width is controlled corresponding by the potential button
on the operation interface to have multiple silt width in one cut.
1.7) A specialized machining process package is supplied with the
machine, it is very convenient to use or modify the different
machine parameter correspond to different slit width or different
thickness, the machine is configured with a three directions optical design,
available for different customer environments. The machine is
enclosed optical path and positive pressure dust removal, to ensure
the long life of the lens.
1.8) Each machine includes the proprietary laser machining technology,
the High-speed response Laser Power Slope adjusts the switch
light-spot, tool path compensation, leapfrog movement,
repositioning and retracting machining.
